I’m Sona Nathan, a home chef and spiritual practitioner, passionately carrying forward the wisdom of three generations. With a deep love for food and a profound passion for preserving heritage, I have been fortunate to learn the authentic Palakkad Iyer cuisine from both my mother and grandmother, recipes deeply rooted in Ayurveda, tradition, and mindful living. As a certified Precision Nutritionist, Reiki Master, and Pranic Healer, I seamlessly blend ancestral knowledge with modern holistic nutrition principles to create nourishing, balanced meals and thoughtfully crafted spice blends. I specialize in making handcrafted spice blends from scratch, carefully prepared using traditional methods and natural ingredients, with absolutely no fillers or artificial additives.
These ancestral blends reflect generations of culinary wisdom, designed to elevate flavors while supporting wellbeing. My mission is to ensure that these timeless dishes and wellness practices not only survive but thrive, inspiring mindful eating and conscious living for this and many generations to come.
